Jiangsu Dena Precision Bearings Co., Ltd., established in 2008, was formerly known as Changzhou Yaoguang Bearings Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1996. The company occupies a total area of over 14,000 square metres and currently employs more than 200 staff, including a technical team of 30. It has established a first-class laboratory in China and is a modern manufacturing enterprise specialising in the design, research and development, manufacture and sale of precision bearings. The company possesses state-of-the-art production equipment and specialised testing instruments, with products manufactured and quality-controlled in strict accordance with the IATF 16949 quality management system.

Double row cylindrical roller bearings

The rollers in cylindrical roller bearings are typically guided by two flanges on one bearing ring. The cage, rollers and guiding ring form an integral unit that can be separated by the other bearing ring; these are therefore classified as separable bearings. Such bearings are relatively easy to install and disassemble, and their advantages are particularly evident when interference fits are required between the inner and outer rings and the shaft or housing
These bearings are generally used only to support purely radial loads; only single-row bearings with flanges on both the inner and outer rings can withstand small fixed axial loads or large free axial loads.
Compared with deep-groove ball bearings of the same external dimensions, these bearings have a higher radial load capacity. However, they place higher demands on the machining accuracy of related components, such as the shafts and housing bores, that mate with them.

Double row crossed cylindrical roller bearings

In a crossroller ring, cylindrical rollers are arranged perpendicularly to one another by spacers on 90degree Vgroove raceways. This design enables a single bearing to withstand loads in all directions, including radial loads, axial loads and moment loads.

What should I do if there is a quality issue with the product?
Should you discover any quality issues with our products, please contact our after-sales service department without delay. We strictly adhere to the ‘Three Guarantees’ policy on product quality—guaranteeing returns, replacements and repairs—until the customer is satisfied. Our service staff will not leave the site until the issue has been resolved and the customer is satisfied.
What is the normal service life of a bearing?
The service life of bearings is influenced by a variety of factors, including load, rotational speed, lubrication, installation accuracy and operating environment; it is therefore not possible to specify a standard service life. Provided they are correctly installed and properly maintained, our products offer a service life that is no less than that of comparable products. We recommend regular inspections and appropriate lubrication to effectively extend the service life of the bearings.
What should be done if a bearing overheats or makes unusual noises during use?
It is recommended to first investigate the following common causes: ① Overheating — usually caused by overfilling with grease (it is recommended that the grease should not exceed 60% of the internal bearing space) or grease degradation; replace with a suitable grease and adjust the fill level; ② Abnormal noise — this may be caused by misalignment during installation or contaminants in the rolling elements; the bearing must be realigned or the contaminants removed; ③ Surface spalling — this is usually caused by insufficient lubrication or overloading; the lubrication system must be checked and the load adjusted; in severe cases, the bearing must be replaced.
What precautions should be taken when fitting bearings?
Key points to note: Installation of high-precision bearings: ① Installation must be carried out in a dry, clean environment; ② Tighten the mounting bolts in a criss-cross pattern in three stages to prevent bearing deformation, which could lead to excessive difficulty in rotation; ③ Do not strike the inner or outer ring of the bearing directly with a hammer; use a sleeve to assist with installation to avoid damaging the flanges and rolling elements; ④ The assembly must not be disassembled; ⑤ Ensure coaxiality between the shaft and the bearing housing to prevent overheating and seizure during operation; ⑥ Lubricating oil may be applied to the mounting surfaces to facilitate smoother installation.
Does your company offer customisation services for non-standard bearings? How long does the customisation process take?
We offer customisation services for non-standard bearings. Please provide detailed customisation specifications (dimensions, materials, precision, sealing requirements, etc.), and our technical team will assess feasibility and inform you of the exact lead time. The specific lead time varies depending on the complexity of the product and the customisation batch size.
What information do I need to provide when placing an order to ensure the correct model is selected?
We recommend providing the following three categories of key information: ① the specific bearing model (if no model number is available, please provide the inner diameter, outer diameter and width); ② material and precision grade requirements (e.g. P0 standard grade, P2 precision grade, etc.); ③ application (e.g. high-precision CNC rotary tables, electric motors, industrial robots, machine tools, construction machinery, etc.) and operating conditions (load type, rotational speed, ambient temperature). This will enable us to select the most suitable bearing.
